Other functions and offers on our website
In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if you are interested. For this purpose, you usually have to provide further personal data which we use to provide the respective service and for which the aforementioned data processing principles apply.
In some cases, we use external service providers to process your data. These have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored.
Furthermore, we may pass on your personal data to third parties if we offer promotions, competitions, contracts or similar services together with partners. You will receive more information on this when you provide your personal data or below in the description of the offer.
If our service providers or partners are based in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will inform you of the consequences of this circumstance in the description of the offer.

When exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will review the merits of the case and either cease or adapt the data processing or show you our compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we will continue the processing.

Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. (for Europe: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland - "Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.
This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, which means that personal references can be ruled out. If the data collected about you is related to a person, this is immediately excluded and the personal data is deleted immediately.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. a GDPR. Further information on Google Analytics can be found at https://www.analytics.google.com and http://support.google.com/adsense/answer/2839090, as well as on data protection at Google in general: https://www.google. de/intl/en/policies/privacy. Alternatively, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website at http://www.networkadvertising.org. Currently, any data transfer to the USA that may take place is based on the standard contractual clauses (SCCs) provided by Google. We reserve the right to deactivate Google Analytics should a judicial or regulatory decision identify these SCCs as not being in compliance with data protection. Information of the third party provider: Google Dublin, Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Fax: +353 (1) 436 1001. 10) Use of Microsoft Clarity
We use the web analysis software Microsoft Clarity for our website. The service provider is the American company Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Microsoft also processes data from you in the USA, among other places. We would like to point out that according to the opinion of the European Court of Justice, there is currently no adequate level of protection for the transfer of data to the USA. This may entail various risks for the legality and security of the data processing. Microsoft uses so-called standard contractual clauses (= Art. 46.para. 2 and 3 GDPR) as the basis for data processing for recipients based in third countries (outside the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, i.e. in particular in the USA) or a data transfer there.
You can find out more about the data that is processed through the use of Microsoft in the privacy statement on the Microsoft website: https://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement
Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed more than once. In addition, Google can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions, i.e. whether a user sees an ad and later visits the advertiser's website and makes a purchase there. According to Google, these cookies do not contain any personal information.
Your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this service. According to Google, the integration of these services provides Google with the information that you have called up the relevant part of our website or clicked on one of our advertisements. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your user account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain and store your IP address.
In addition, cookies allow us to understand whether you take certain actions on our website after accessing or clicking on (conversion tracking) one of our ads on Google or on another platform ("floodlight"). Google uses this cookie to understand the content you have interacted with on our websites in order to send you targeted advertising at a later date.
You can prevent the tracking procedure by making the appropriate setting in your browser software (e.g. third-party cookies deactivated), deactivating the cookies for conversion tracking by blocking cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com in your browser settings, with regard to interest-based advertisements from the providers that are part of the self-regulation campaign "About Ads" via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices or under the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this offer to their full extent.
For more information on the Google Marketing Platform, please visit https://marketingplatform.google.com/. You can also find more information at the Net-work Advertising Initiative (NAI) at http://www.networkadvertising.org/.
The legal basis for the data processing is your consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Currently, the possible transfer of data to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses (SCCs) provided by Google. We reserve the right to deactivate Google doubleclick should a judicial or regulatory decision determine that these SCCs do not comply with data protection requirements.

Contact possibility via e-mail
You have the option of contacting us by e-mail. You will find the relevant addresses on our website under Contact.
If contact is made via the e-mail address provided by us, the personal data transmitted with your e-mail will be stored. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in contacting you as a (potential) customer.
If the contact via e-mail is in connection with the conclusion or implementation of a contract between you and us, then Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR is also the legal basis for the processing.
Personal data that we store in connection with your contact via e-mail is used exclusively for processing your contact. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
We delete your data as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For personal data transmitted by e-mail, this occurs when the respective correspondence with you has ended and it is clear from the circumstances that the matter concerned has been conclusively clarified.
Data processing by social networks
We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social networks. The individual social networks we use can be found below.
Social networks such as Facebook etc. can generally analyse your user behaviour comprehensively when you visit their website or a website with integrated social media content (e.g. Like buttons or advertising banners). By visiting our social media presences, numerous data protection-relevant processing operations are triggered. In detail:
If you are logged into your social media account and visit our social media presence, the operator of the social media portal can assign this visit to your user account. However, your personal data may also be collected under certain circumstances if you are not logged in or do not have an account with the respective social media portal. In this case, this data collection takes place, for example, via cookies that are stored on your end device or by recording your IP address.
With the help of the data collected in this way, the operators of the social media portals can create user profiles in which your preferences and interests are stored. In this way, interest-based advertising can be displayed to you inside and outside the respective social media presence. If you have an account with the respective social network, the interest-based advertising can be displayed on all devices on which you are or were logged in.
Our social media presences are intended to ensure the most comprehensive presence possible on the internet. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The analysis processes initiated by the social networks may be based on different legal grounds, which are to be stated by the operators of the social networks (e.g. consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
Responsible person and assertion of rights
If you visit one of our social media sites (e.g. Facebook), we are jointly responsible with the operator of the social media platform for the data processing operations triggered during this visit. In principle, you can assert your rights (information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and complaint) both vis-à-vis us and vis-à-vis the operator of the respective social media portal (e.g. vis-à-vis Facebook).
Please note that despite the joint responsibility with the social media portal operators, we do not have full influence on the data processing operations of the social media portals. Our options are largely determined by the corporate policy of the respective provider.
The data collected directly by us via the social media presence is deleted from our systems as soon as the purpose for storing it no longer applies, you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your end device until you delete them. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
